Terms of Service
These terms govern your dealership's use of CarGPT ("we", "us"), the advertising and lead generation service at cargpt.pro. By accepting these terms, or by using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your dealership.
1. The service
CarGPT advertises vehicles from your dealership's inventory on AI platforms such as ChatGPT. Ads link to vehicle pages hosted by CarGPT that present your vehicles and capture shopper inquiries. We deliver those inquiries ("leads") to you through your CarGPT dashboard and by the contact methods on your account. CarGPT runs and manages the advertising from its own advertiser accounts; you do not need your own ad accounts.
2. Free trial and billing
- Free week. Your first 7 days are free. During the trial, CarGPT covers your advertising costs.
- Day 8. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts on day 8 and your card on file is charged $2,500.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically every 30 days at $2,500 until canceled. The price includes campaign management, your vehicle pages, lead delivery, reporting, and the advertising media we purchase on your behalf.
- Promotions. Promo codes apply as described at the time of signup and do not extend beyond their stated period.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we may pause your campaigns until payment is resolved.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Billing tab of your dashboard or by emailing support@cargpt.pro. Cancel before your trial ends and you will never be charged. After billing begins, cancellation stops the next renewal; the current 30-day period runs to its end and is not refunded, since media costs are committed in advance.
4. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you are authorized to act for the dealership and that the inventory, pricing, and dealership information you provide (or that we collect from your public website with your permission) is accurate.
- You are responsible for honoring the prices and availability shown in your inventory feed.
- You will follow up with leads in a lawful manner, including applicable telemarketing and consumer protection rules.
5. Inventory data authorization
You authorize CarGPT to request, receive, and process your dealership's vehicle inventory data on your behalf. This includes contacting your website provider, inventory management system, or feed provider and instructing them to deliver your dealership's inventory feed to CarGPT. This authorization remains in effect until your account is canceled. You agree that we may share a copy of your acceptance record (your name, dealership, email, and the date of acceptance) with your provider as evidence of this authorization.
6. Our responsibilities and limits
- We manage your campaigns in good faith and report spend and results in your dashboard.
- Advertising performance varies. We do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, or sales.
- Ad platforms (such as OpenAI) control their own placements, policies, and availability. We are not liable for platform outages, policy changes, or rejections outside our control.
- Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Leads and data
Leads generated for your dealership belong to you. We process shopper information on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your leads at any time, and they remain available in your dashboard while your account is active.
8. Intellectual property
You grant us a license to use your dealership name, logo, inventory data, and vehicle photos to build and run your advertising and vehicle pages. Everything we build (the platform, page templates, and campaign structures) remains ours.
9. Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or create legal or platform-policy risk. If we terminate without cause during a paid period, we will refund the unused portion of that period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
